The House was drawn from a building dating back to 1500, and assigned to a convent in the past centuries.
Thanks also to recent works and careful restyling, the building has recovered the original harmonic structure from the old convent, characterized by a nice patrician staircase, also depicted with a mannered fresco of the sixteenth century, and by the order and symmetry of the rooms, reminding the ancient cloister; the guest-quarters and the Restaurant, both on the ground floor, still keep the typical vault-ceilings often used in the architecture of the villages by the lake.
While in the most idyllic and relaxing atmosphere of Pescallo, a contest of great value and intact nature, the hotel can offer all the opportunities for touring on Lake Como: the famous gardens and patrician villas spread out gorgeously on the hills of Bellagio; the old village with its elegant shops, artists' ateliers and lots of characteristic bistro and pubs.
Boat renting, beaches and boat or ferry-station are at hand, for your trips on the lake, along with a lot of chances for Trekking and Sports on the hills of Triangolo Lariano, just above Bellagio.
Open from mid March to end November.
