Leaving the ferry boat pier in Bellagio we go up through the town Park which is full of plants of every kind proceeding from then to the right along Via Vallassina. After a few meters we can see on the right the original construction known as Villa Gotica and built in the XIX century in the gothic style as an Anglican Church and later deconsecrated and transformed into a private dwelling.

In front of the Hotel Belvedere there is an optional stop for the toursit train. After a few minutes on the left we can note a large field cultivated with olive trees, still used for the production of our olive oil.

There is another optional stop at the Bellagio Sporting Club. Proceeding from this along Viale D. Vitali we reach the charachteristic suburb of Loppia where the neoclassic Chapel of Melzi family faces on a small square on the lakeside. In the harbour can be seen two examples of Larian Fondolas, sailing boats used up the end of the XIX century for the transport of goods and animals.

A little further on from the harbour, above on the left the Romanesque church of Santa Maria di Loppia (X century) is to be seen while on the shores of the lake one can see Villa Gerli built in the second half on the XVIII century.

At Loppia we find the third stop at the tourism train. Leaving Loppia we quickly reach the suburb of San Giovanni where we will stop in the neighbourhood of the interesting Museum of Navigational Instruments.
