SETE DI CULTURA E PECCATI DI GOLA 2018
Italy’s equivalent of the National Trust, Fondo Ambiente Italiano, maintains and cultivates Italy’s cultural heritage, including the incomparable Villa del Balbianello on its picturesque perch near Lenno. As part of its Sete di Cultura e Peccati di Gola series – which translates approximately to A Thirst For Culture And Gluttony, a series of “Aperitivo in Musica” events take place on the terrace of the villa. Along with light bites, cocktails and live music, guests can visit the gardens and the interior of this beloved monument. Access to the event is only by private boat or water taxi from Lido di Lenno.
Tickets cost €40 per person and can be reserved either by phoning +39 034 456110 or emailing. Members of FAI and residents of Tremezzina receive discounted tickets at €35. You can become a member of FAI for €39 for an individual, €60 per couple and €66 for a family of four, which entitles you to complimentary entrance or 50% discounts at more than 1500 cultural sites throughout Italy as well as discounted prices at events.
