In the Bellagio hamlet of Piano Rancio, just 10 km from the center of Bellagio yet at an altitude of 1,012 meters, Chalet Gabriele welcomes you. It was founded by Nuccia and Gabriele Galli in 1957, who chose this place to create their love nest.
We are located at the foot of Monte San Primo, surrounded by lush nature, with a stunning view over Lake Como and the Pre-Alps.
Here, the Galli family harmoniously blends tradition, quality, hospitality, and simplicity—the key elements that have transformed this small mountain refuge into a renowned restaurant in Bellagio.
The star of the menu is polenta, served with meat dishes, cheeses, and mushrooms. Among the specialties are traditional Bellagio farmhouse dishes, such as “toc”, polenta uncia, and desserts like zabaione and “paradell”.
A rich and varied menu, featuring starters, first courses, main courses, side dishes, and homemade desserts, delights the tastes of both adults and children.
All this is enhanced by a magical lake view, visible from the large dining room windows and the new rooftop, immersed in a warm and family-friendly atmosphere.
