Please be punctual: As this is a shared group tour, the guide will not be able to wait in case of delays, so we kindly ask you to be on time. (The garden is about a 10-minute walk from the ferry dock, and up to 30 minutes on foot from parking areas, depending on the parking spot.)
If you arrive at the meeting point after the tour has already started, unfortunately, you will not be allowed to enter the park, and tickets will not be refunded.

Before departure
- The villa interiors are not open to visitors.
- During this season, the gardens can only be visited when accompanied by our guide, whose service is included in the entrance fee.
- Guided tours take place only on Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00 PM and accommodate up to 30 people. In case of bad weather, the tours will be cancelled.
- There are toilet facilities inside the park.
- Tours are conducted in both Italian and English.
- Due to the limited number of participants, please mention in the notes if you are bringing children who are eligible for free admission.
- The cost is 15,00 euros per person.
- Children up to 11 years old attend for free (please kindly indicate any children in the notes when completing your booking).
