Discover one of the most fascinating sections of the Sentiero del Viandante: a guided trek from Varenna to Bellano with a certified AMM hiking guide, breathtaking views, and a final aperitif on Lake Como.Starting from the picturesque village of Varenna (reachable by ferry from Bellagio), we will climb up to the Vezio Castle to admire one of the lake’s most stunning panoramas. The hike then continues north along a stretch of the Sentiero del Viandante, through chestnut woods, dry-stone walls, and terraced fields. We’ll arrive in Bellano, where you’ll have the chance to visit the Orrido, a spectacular natural gorge protected by the UNESCO MAB Network. The return to Varenna will be by train.
