These menus are born from our passion, but it is the people who give them meaning: the producers, growers and everyone working on both sides of the pass. Without their extraordinary dedication – and perhaps a touch of inspired madness – none of what makes Albòri possible would exist.

Albòri takes you on a journey from the mountains to the lake and through the surrounding region. While each menu offers a different journey, they are all deeply rooted in this place, shaped by the hands of independent farmers and artisans who, over time, have become valued partners, dear friends and the very soul of Albòri.
